Thank you for shopping with Eternal Dharma. We specialize in unique, authentic antique and vintage items—each with its own history and character. Because of the nature of our merchandise, please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a
purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final 
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our antiques and vintage pieces, all sales are final. We 
do not offer refunds or exchanges except in specific limited circumstances outlined below.

2. Item Descriptions & Condition
We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and photos for every item on 
www.eternaldharma.ca. Each listing includes details about age, condition, provenance 
(where known), and visible wear. All items are sold “as is”.
Please review this information carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

3. Returns Only for Misrepresentation
We will consider a return only if the item you received is significantly different from its 
description on our website. To qualify:
• You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all 
original packaging.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage and packaging.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including refunds or exchanges when appropriate.

4. Shipping & Return Costs
• Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or misdescribed item), return 
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for returned items, as Eternal 
Dharma is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
